The devices/machines run a mix of anti-malware suites - F-Secure on the office machines, Norton on the laptop, and Lookout on the Android phones. Ok, an email they send appears in the inbox in the webmail portal, and if the Outlook settings are ok, then it is not their problem - it is a client issue.
